All prices in our product list are quoted without tax. This is because the application of taxes and duties varies according to the country where the purchase is to be delivered. The final price is displayed when you proceed to checkout along with details of the tax applicable to the country chosen in the delivery data.
As a general rule 16% VAT will apply to EU member countries. All businesses belonging to the EU will be exempt from tax except those based in Spain. Sales to other countries are VAT free. However, the customs authorities in each country will levy their corresponding charges.
Due to their special tax regime, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are considered as extra-communitary territory. Therefore, all purchases made by residents in this territory are exempt of tax (customs tax and import tax not included in the price of your order and must be paid on arrival by the receiver of the goods).
If you select to view prices on our web site in dollars, sterling pounds or in yens, bear in mind that they are calculated according to the daily exchange rate with respect to the Euro. These prices will therefore fluctuate accordingly.
All prices at www.espacioart.com may be revised and modified at any time.
Products on offer
All products with a special reduced price at ESPACIOART.COM will be accompanied by the following information on the web-site: reduced price, regular price, discount percentage and end of offer date. These offers will be accessible until the date shown or until end of stock, in which case the product will automatically disappear from the web-site.

- Bank transfer
Upon completing your purchase you may wish to select the bank transfer option. In this case you will receive an email, which, together with the confirmation of your order, will indicate the account number required. It should be made payable to ESPACIOART EUROPE S.L. in EUROS.
Please ensure that you indicate, "order number xxx" in the subject bar as well as your name and surname. The bank transfer should be carried out within a 3-day period, counting from the day the order was placed; otherwise your order will have to be cancelled.
The order will not be considered complete until the transaction has been verified by our bank. To facilitate the transaction, we recommend that you send a bank transfer receipt either by fax to (+34) 968 15 53 99 or by email to services@espacioart.com.
Remember that payments should be made in EURO and the customer will pay any currency exchange commission or bank commission if this method of payment is selected. For bank transfer payments made from countries other than Spain, it is important that any commision / fees applied by the bank of origin are paid by the customer. If this is not the case, ESPACIOART.COM will delay dispatching the order until the entire amount is received.
- VISA, MAESTRO or MASTERCARD
We guarantee that every transaction carried out at ESPACIOART.COM is 100% safe. Each operation, which implies the transmission of personal information or bank details, is carried out within a safe environment. ESPACIOART.COM uses a secure server, which uses a protocol called SSL (Secure Socked Layer) to ensure the secure transfer of information via encryption.
In this way the credit card details are only known and handled by the bank, whereas the order and client details are known and handled only by the trader.
In an effort to provide greater security to credit card owners, we have now updated our web-site to include the latest security measures for on-line commerce developed by VISA and MASTERCARD. These are known as 3D Secure Code (Verified by VISA) and SPA/UCAF (Mastercard SecureCode). In this way, if you are a holder of a "Secure enabled" card, you will always be able to make a payment with a VISA, MAESTRO or MASTERCARD on our web-site.
If your credit card cannot be enabled with this secure code, ESPACIOART.COM will only admit payment by VISA, MAESTRO or MASTERCARD to long-standing customers.
In both cases, when making a VISA, MAESTRO or MASTERCARD payment, customers will be asked to supply the following information: the credit card number, the expiry date and a validation code, which refers to the last 3 digits printed on the back of the credit card. In this way we are able to guarantee even greater security for on-line transactions.
- Shipping Options and Delivery
ESPACIOART EUROPE S.L. reserves the right to change the delivery method and transport company regardless of what is stated on this page and given that the changes would not in any way be detrimental to our customers.
Important: We are unable to accept a shipment to a PO BOX address.
All orders will make as soon as possible, providing they are in stock.
Note: Bank transfer orders will not be dispatched until the transaction has been verified. Orders to be paid in instalments will not be dispatched until the application has been approved.
Deliveries to Spain
Sales to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are not charged VAT(16%). However, the customs authorities will levy their corresponding charges. We are unable to calculate these corresponding charges for each order as they depend on the local I.G.C tax and customs tariff duties. As a general guideline, which may be subject to change, between 15 and 30 € are usually charged for import and administrative customs duties, as well as the corresponding I.G.I.C (Canary Islands VAT) indirect tax. (we cannot be held responsible for any possible variations of duty rates made at short notice)

The present general conditions are governed by the current Spanish legislation concerning this material, (Spanish Law No 34/2002, 11th July relating to electronic commerce) and the latter will be applied to any situation, which has not been foreseen in this section.
