Antonio González Ares. Born in Valladolid on July 3rd, 1930.
In 1948 he studied drawing at the school of Fine Arts and Crafts in Madrid, under the teachings of Don Manuel León Astruz.

1988, Bailarina con saxo (Dancer with sax)

Since 1950 he studies the Great Masters at the Museo del Prado (Madrid).
In 1960 he travels to France and Italy to study the Impressionists and Italian Masters.

He has participated in several group exhibitions, being the principal:

He collaborated with Guillermo Vargas Ruiz in tables at San Antonio Church, located in Alvarado (Madrid).

He did restoration works for the Museum Valencia de Don Juan (Madrid).
Restorations for Salón Cano (Madrid).
Restorations for Casa Macarrón.
Different works, as the realization of the fresco painting for the film "Los Cien Caballeros"
He restores portraits of the Palacio de Comunicaciones in Madrid.
He restores the paintings of Vazquez Diaz, Descubrimiento de América and Casa de Baños.
