Alberto Campos, Founder of ESPACIOART. Founder member of the association of painters "Grupo Playor". With multidisciplinary training (painting, sculpture, printmaking, ...) uses different styles in their works, mainly the realism, with which he shows his idealized vision. Biography:
Trained in multiareas techniques, Alberto Campos, consolidated artist has experimented with many styles and materials during his professional career.
From the beginning, the search for the ideal support for his proposal drive him to work mainly with wood, wax, stone and iron in the fields of sculpture, and oil painting, watercolor, acrylic, enamel and mixed techniques in the pictorial.
He also acquired extensive experience in engraving, dry point, etching and monotypes. He touch the areas of teat stage design, creating audiovisual shows, illustrations and graphic design. Nowadays he is focused mainly on sculpture, being iron and stone the mainstays.
Nonconformist and committed artist, he chose not to follow the established channels for learning and commercializing his works. To expand their classical training, he resorted to one of his main referral, the Prado Museum in Madrid, where he stayed for a period of two years making reproductions of Velázquez and Murillo among others. At the same time he collaborates with painters whose works arouse his interest and experiences sharing and acquiring knowledge.
He participates in exclusive and collectives exhibitions, contests, and he knows brokers and art collectors, from this point he decides to control the commercial aspect of his works, then he settles in Madrid's Plaza Mayor, making and selling his works in this space. Later, on the philosophy of art done and exposed in the streets, he was part of the group that gave way to the current group of painters of this square (Madrid's Plaza Mayor).
Years later he founded and chairs the association of painters and engravers Grupo Playor, keeping the defence of the art in the streets.
At present he integrates as a founder of ESPACIOART, providing works, knowledge and experience to this project oriented teaching and communicative.
